It is houses that are designed & manufactured with steel structure frame & sandwich panels assembled together with doors, windows.

This T prefabricated house is the most economic design & is commonly used in construction sites, oil sites, mining sites as workers' quarters, site offices, also used for solider camps, government projects & school projects as labor accommodation, solider accommodation, employee accommodation, student dormitory, teacher`s office, engineers office, site offices, canteen,clinic,laundry room etc.

Sometimes used as rental houses, refugee houses or low income family housing, which are durable and easy to set up. Therefore, the T house is also known as the Disaster Relief House or Low Income Family House.





Completed as 1 set ! Come in Parts & install at site! Based on Cement Foundation made by local contractor. All parts fabricated according to design requirements. All steel parts welded & painted. Assembly structures by bolts & attach panels to steel structure members or parts by screws & rivets according to designs.

SO EASY T prefabricated houses come in different sizes, can use fixed parameters to calculate the dimensions & areas or customize according to customer requirements. The most common design is 12T*40T*6H, dimension 11.4m*38m*6H, which is 884.4m2 area of 2 floors including 2 stairs & 1 indoor walkway, can fit in 3*40`HQ as 1 set.  1*40HQ can load around 200-250m2. The main steel structure is made from Square Tube Steel or H Section Steel, with EPS / IEPS / Glass Wool / Rock Wool / PU sandwich panel for wall & roof!6 workers can build 100sqm in one day! Can be done as 1 floor, 2 floors or 3 floors building!
